Banks and credit unions typically have limited funds available to you, and/or don't provide customizable solutions with your needs in mind. At McCandless Truck Center, we have the transportation experience and financial acumen to get you on the road making money as quickly as possible.
 
Every lender has their own set of guidelines and requirements, however, generally speaking, financial institutions will take the following into account:
  • Your credit history
  • The age, mileage and cost of the vehicle  you're financing
  • Your credit application information Application information (business application, business and personal income, business age, etc)
  • Down Payment amount

Your rate is determined by a number of factors, not limited to FICO score, time in business, down payment, market conditions, and type of vehicle you are financing. 

 
Yes, we require a signed application for all financing requests. Not only is it part of consumer protection laws, but it is something all lenders require.  Lenders will likely request additional information along with your credit application to make their decision. In most cases commercial lenders will require a down payment. The amount will depend on the financial institution and your credit history. 
 
Monthly payments are impacted by the amount financed, your term, down payment and APR. Depending on the type of financing, the residual amount can also play a factor. 
 
Financial institutions may require specific or additional documentation with your application, so it is best to contact your McCandless Truck Center Sales Representative or F&I Manager for a complete list of what you'll need.  
 
  • A valid driver's license
  • Bank and Trade references
  • Proof of income and applicable business documents 
  • Proof residence/home ownership, etc.
