PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

When it comes to maintenance events, our service contracts include:

• Oil and filter changes.
• Fuel filter replacements.
• Fuel-water separator filter replacements.
• A thorough 43+ point inspection to ensure everything is in top condition.

Additionally, our coverage extends to valve lash adjustments, DEF pump filter replacements, transmission fluid and filter inspections, and DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) replacement or cleaning at appropriate intervals.

DEDICATED SERVICE RESOURCES

Our team will utilize data on the health and performance of your vehicles from remote sources to assist in planning service events. We will review the repair history and pinpoint any open campaigns or calibration updates. Your Uptime Advocate will coordinate technical and field support and expedite parts shipments as needed. In addition, we will help to ensure timely communication and keep you updated on service progress.

PROACTIVE SERVICE PLANNING

Our team will use data on the health and performance of your vehicle that we access remotely to assist you in planning service events. You will receive proactive communication ahead of upcoming maintenance and service appointments. We will work with you to schedule service at a time that best suits your convenience! This proactive approach will result in fewer service events and quicker turnaround times during your ownership cycle.

COMPLETE VEHICLE COVERAGE

Choose the complete vehicle coverage to  safeguard your vehicle's S13 Integrated engine, T14 transmission, and after-treatment system. You also have the option to enhance your protection with complete chassis coverage, including electrical, cooling, suspension systems, and more. This proactive approach will minimize the number of service events and speed up the servicing process during your ownership cycle. All plans come with a guaranteed $0 deductible, 100% parts and labor coverage, NO claims maximums, and are transferable to to second owners.

TOWING COVERAGE

Add towing coverage to your service contract to protect and help lower out-of-pocket costs if your vehicle experiences a warrantable roadside failure. Coverage is up to $1,100 per event.
