With our Accelerated Service lane, you’re guaranteed an initial diagnosis, evaluation of parts and repairs needed,
and an initial repair estimate within two hours. Our team of experts will keep you updated on every step of the process.
Many common repairs can even be completed within that same 2 hour window!

How The Accelerated Service Program Works:

• Guaranteed Priority Diagnostics

  Within two hours of you arrival at a paricipating McCandless Truck Center dealership, our specially trained Express Diagnostics technicians will evaluate and determine the required repairs needed on your truck.*

• Parts Support

  Should specific parts need to be ordered, they will be expedited to arrive as quickly as possible.

• Communication

  We will provide the diagnostic results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. You will continue to receive repair status updates to keep you informed throughout the process.

• Satisfaction Confirmation

  A post-service survey ensures that our Accelereted Service promise was kept and that you are satisfied with your experience.
