BREAKING NEWS - FMCSA extends duration of COVID-19 Emergency Declaration until June 14th + Publishes Final HOS Rule

FMCSA Emergency Declaration Extended:

While the requirements and applicability outlined in the original and expanded declaration remain unchanged and in effect, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has recently announced an extension of the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration. This latest declaration is set to expire on June 14, 2020.

Final Hours of Service Rule Announcement: 

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has published its long-awaited final rule on changes to hours-of-service regulations in a move intended to increase flexibility for truck drivers.
