I was able to get my vehicle seen fairly quickly and the shop diagnosed my problem accurately and had my truck fixed in 24hrs.

I really recommend it. I had problems with the engine in the oil pump. I needed a bushing that is attached to the engine block. They solved it super quickly since they don't sell that part because a special part is needed to take it out and put it in, so they did the job

We were in our class A motorhome and having some issues with our diesel pusher losing coolant. We called McCandless and they sent a repair tech out to the campground we were staying in. We cannot say enough great things about Michael. Not only did he find the problem, which ended up being a loose clamp, he checked over other components to make sure there were no other issues. After Michaels repair we went on through the mountains of Colorado and then back to Ohio without any incident. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable people here!! Had an alignment issue. A part was broken and they found one in another state and fixed me up!! Even gave me a ride to and from my house while waiting for the part! Service people got me right in for a recall procedure and to investigate an intermittent check engine light. I will be coming here again for all my service needs!! I wish they could balance big truck tires though!!!

Enroute to Minnesota, our 2009 International Durastar that tows our fifth wheel began blowing smoke and losing power. We limped in to McCandless Truck Center in Aurora, CO on a Friday evening. We endured a stressful situation having to stay in hotels during the

25 days to obtain parts/complete repairs, but we highly recommend McCandless. Though we dealt with many customer service reps there during our ordeal and received courteous service from all of them, we wish to commend Willie, Tyler, and Tiffany specifically. Willie was instrumental in getting computer diagnostics completed over the weekend and providing us with estimates before his work week was over. No matter how busy Tyler was, he always was pleasant and friendly when providing updates and seeking out answers for us. Tiffany, however, was the catalyst that kept the project moving. She epitomizes what "customer service" is all about. She is proactive and knows how to get the job done. As one example, she sought out parts, even though that clearly was not her job. She, Willie, and Tyler are true assets to the McCandless organization. And Patrick the technician is top notch: skilled, honest, and efficient. Gregg the estimator took time to explain each quote thproughly to us. We were in good hands with McCandless in Aurora, CO. Should you need service on your International truck, you will be, too.

The whole experience was excellent and the service was exceptional. The service personnel, especially Tyler, Nancy, Tiffany, Ashley, Sydney, and the parts department were great.
