The International® Truck Preventive Maintenance Program is the most comprehensive of its kind - providing the peace of mind you need knowing that the investment you're making in time and money will pay dividends in the long run. 

      

84-Point Inspection

The inspection covers a full preventive maintenance inspection of the vehicle’s cab, engine, exterior, and under-vehicle components. It includes operational checks of safety systems, controls, HVAC, electrical functions, brakes, steering, and suspension. Fluids and filters are inspected and serviced, including engine oil, fuel, air, coolant, and transmission systems. Structural and wear items such as tires, wheels, exhaust, drivetrain, body components, and mounting hardware are examined for damage or wear. The process concludes with lubrication, system resets, documentation, and final review.
